Aimee has over 20 years’ media experience in the Australian market working across a range of high volume, blue chip clients and ultimately leading OMD Australia. Aimee loves agencies and feels privileged to have worked alongside some of Australia’s best businesses and marketers. She thrives in fast paced categories and has a real passion for managing complex pieces of business, leading large teams, and working as a partner to clients in the development of communications solutions that leverage business opportunities.
Aimee was appointed CEO of OMD Australia in October 2016 and is proud to be leading the largest media agency in Australia with 600+ staff across six offices. Aimee enjoys empowering OMDers to thrive and is also passionate about driving the industry agenda forward, in areas such as brand responsibility and diversity & inclusion.
Under Aimee’s leadership, OMD Australia has been recognised across the industry’s agency and culture awards. In 2020, this included winning B&T’s Agency of the Year (AOTY) and Culture, Adnews Media AOTY and Overall AOTY, plus OMD ranked #7 in 2020 in the Great Place to Work study (Top 50 for 12 consecutive years (2009-2020). Aimee has also received recognition for her leadership with personal accolades such as B&T Women in Media Power list: #2 position in 2020, B&T 2019 Executive of the Year, 2019 B&T Women in Media – Woman of Year & Executive of the Year, 2019 Campaign Asia Women Leading Change CEO of the Year, 2018 Campaign Asia CEO of the Year.
